How do I make a booking?

Booking your tickets on our website is quick and easy:

Will I receive a confirmation email after booking?

Yes! You’ll get a confirmation email with your PDF ticket just seconds after your purchase. Make sure to check your inbox!

Is this the venue’s official website?

No. This website offers official tickets to the venue. It is not, however, the venue’s official website.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Simply enter your details at checkout, and you’re good to go.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

It depends on the experience you’ve booked. Most experiences allow cancellations up to 24 hours before the start time, but some are non-refundable. To check the policy for your booking, head to the “See Info” section and look under “Cancellation Policy.”

Do I need to print my tickets, or can I use mobile tickets?

No need to print anything, our tickets are digital. Just show your ticket on your phone, and the staff will validate it. If any extra steps are needed for a specific experience, you’ll find them clearly mentioned in your e-ticket.

Where is the Arc de Triomphe located?

The Arc de Triomphe stands at Place Charles de Gaulle, at the top of the Champs-Élysées in Paris’s 8th arrondissement. It’s easily accessible by metro, bus, taxi, or on foot.

What are the Arc de Triomphe’s opening hours?

The monument is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (April–September) and 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (October–March). Last entry is 45 minutes before closing time.

How do I enter the monument safely?

Use the underground pedestrian passage from Place Charles de Gaulle or Avenue de la Grande Armée. Crossing the traffic circle above ground is not allowed.

How many steps are there to the top?

There are 284 steps to reach the rooftop terrace. An elevator is available for visitors with reduced mobility, followed by a short stair section.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

It’s strongly recommended. Online tickets allow you to skip the on-site ticket line and enter at your preferred time.

Is the Arc de Triomphe accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes. Dedicated entrances, elevators, accessible restrooms, and free admission for visitors with disabilities and one companion are available.

Are there shops or restaurants at the monument?

The Arc de Triomphe has a souvenir boutique offering books, keepsakes, and gifts. While there are no restaurants inside, many cafés and brasseries are located just steps away on the Champs-Élysées and surrounding avenues.

Can I take photos at the Arc de Triomphe?

Yes, photography is allowed throughout the monument and from the terrace. However, tripods, flashes, and drones are not permitted.

What is the Eternal Flame ceremony?

Every evening at 6:30 p.m., the Eternal Flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is rekindled in a solemn ceremony honoring those who died in battle — a tradition kept alive since 1923.
